Where you’ll make a difference

As a Global Marketing Communications Associate - Wound Care, you’ll be a key support to our global marketing communications team, helping ensure that campaigns, launches, and everyday operations run smoothly. You’ll work closely with colleagues across functions and geographies, building a strong foundation in global marketing while contributing to work that improves lives.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • Support marketing communications administration, including approval flows, documentation, budget follow-up and scheduling
  • Organise and maintain global marketing assets and materials
  • Assist with website content updates in collaboration with digital teams, update of marketing assets, and proof reading
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for global events, launches, and campaigns
  • Support performance tracking by collecting data and preparing reports
  • Help improve ways of working by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting improvements

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or similar (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–5 years of experience in marketing or communications
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, service-minded attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • High proficiency in English

Experience with digital tools, CMS platforms, or asset management systems is a plus, but not required.
