Finance Assistant (temporary position approx. 1 year)

About the position

As a finance assistant with us, you will have a varied role with significant responsibility and the opportunity to develop in your work. You will work with both accounts payable and the financial responsibility for a smaller sales company, in close collaboration with colleagues in finance and operations.

Your main responsibilities

  • Handling supplier invoices – the entire process from coding and distribution to payment
  • Ongoing bookkeeping
  • Responsibility for a smaller sales company, including:
    • Customer payments and accounts receivable
    • Reconciliations
    • VAT reporting
    • Participation in the preparation of monthly financial statements

We work in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and handle invoices in ExFlow.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a high school education in finance (or equivalent) and several years of relevant work experience, or you may be a recent graduate from university with shorter experience.

To thrive in this role, we believe you:

Experience in payroll administration is an advantage.

CEJN AB in Skövde is the base for the CEJN group. Here, development, production, and marketing of quick couplings for compressed air, hydraulics, and fluids take place. Sales consist of 85% export to about 25 countries, mainly through our 18 sales companies. The CEJN group has a total of 700 employees, of which over 500 are in Skövde.
