About the assignment

We are seeking two HR consultants/recruitment specialists for our client in Gothenburg for a consulting assignment through us at Bemannia. The position is expected to start in March and last until the end of the year, full-time.

Your responsibilities

• Ongoing personnel administration

• Handling of employment matters

• Work with rules and routines regarding employment and workplace issues

• Work with rehabilitation issues

• Independently conduct recruitments

• Mapping the need for competence supply

Your qualifications

• Higher education, such as a degree in human resources or equivalent education, and at least three (3) years of work experience in a similar role. Alternatively, a high school diploma or equivalent education and five (5) years of work experience as an HR generalist or equivalent.

• Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Heroma, Primula, etc.)

• Knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., ReachMee, etc.)

• Good knowledge of laws and regulations in the HR field

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment for public sector organizations and thus experience working according to the Public Employment Act.

• Knowledge of and experience working with psychological tests

• Good skills in MS Office or equivalent

• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing

• Good skills in English, both orally and in writing

Meritorious

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience in public sector organizations and thus experience working according to the Public Employment Act
