About the Position

As an HR Administrator, you will provide operational and administrative support across various HR areas. This is an entry-level role suitable for those at the beginning of their HR career who want to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Broad HR support in recruitment, termination, contracts, labor law, trainee programs, expatriates, and pensions
• Personnel administration such as managing personnel files, employment history, absence, salary changes, and internal changes
• Application of theoretical HR knowledge in daily work
• Structured work according to routines and policies with close guidance and support

This is a fixed-term consultancy assignment running from 2026-02-16 to 2026-06-30.

About You

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and has a genuine interest in HR and labor law. You thrive in an administrative role where order, documentation, and service are central.

You are:

• Service-oriented and communicative
• Comfortable explaining facts, policies, and procedures within the HR field
• Structured with strong administrative skills
• Interested in developing within HR

You find it easy to collaborate and enjoy working closely with both managers and employees.

Requirements for the Position

• Post-secondary education in HR, human resource management, or equivalent
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience in HR or administration
• Strong administrative skills and system proficiency
• Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
