Skaraborg Hospital is looking for your HR expertise!

The HR unit at Skaraborg Hospital currently consists of about 30 employees with extensive experience in various HR areas. Half of the group works with scheduling issues and working time registration, while the others handle HR issues related to competence supply, salary, labor law, work environment, and leadership. We play a central role in the hospital's organization where we strategically as well as operationally support the core business in matters that span the entire HR area. Our working method is consultative and process-oriented.

We are now looking for someone who wants to help further develop HR work. With us, you will have the opportunity to grow in your HR profession, deepen your knowledge of our HR processes, and contribute to strengthening healthcare in Skaraborg!

Responsibilities

As an HR consultant, you will work closely with the hospital's core operations alongside engaged colleagues. The role involves a broad and varied HR work where you support managers and collaborate with functions within the hospital's common staff.

You will be part of the management team as the HR representative and lead HR common processes within your area of operations. The work is both proactive and consultative and includes, among other things, competence supply, salary, labor law, work environment, and leadership.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• An academic degree in HR/personnel or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in broad HR work.
• Good communication and pedagogical skills.

As a person, you thrive in a relationship-building role where collaboration and consultative support are central elements. You have a structured yet flexible working style and can view situations from multiple perspectives.

It is advantageous if you have experience in providing support to managers on HR-related issues and training in HR processes.
