The Personnel Office, which is part of the municipal executive administration, is divided into three departments – HR department, payroll department, and our internal occupational health service.
We are now looking for a colleague who wants to work on an exciting assignment involving system development, written communication, and organizational development.
About the Role
The role of HR Coordinator involves building and working process-oriented to develop administrative support structures within the HR department. You will be part of a team with other competent HR specialists and administrators. The team supports and assists each other, and you have great access to your colleagues' skills and experience.

Responsibilities
The HR department's administrative processes aim to facilitate for managers in the organization, and the role of HR Coordinator contributes to that.
Examples of tasks:
- Participate in developing our recruitment support system
- Manage our reporting system for work incidents
- Support the internal organization with written communication on our intranet and its development
- Assist in internal work with information security
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who combines communication skills with a structured approach to work with internal support processes and their development.
It is an advantage if you have practical experience in leading, developing, and making common processes accessible. You have a coaching approach when meeting those we serve, as collaboration is an important guiding principle in our organization. We also see that you have the ability to drive change and inspire and challenge others, which is required to succeed in the role. You enjoy working in a team but can also work independently, and you work proactively and structured towards set goals. The role requires excellent pedagogical and communication skills, as well as the ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.
You have:
- Relevant academic degree (in HR, social sciences, organizational development, or a similar field)
- Experience in driving development issues
- Good system skills and very good knowledge of the Office suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Preferable if you have previous experience in driving development work and projects.
- Preferable with previous experience from municipal operations.

Since HR work often involves managing changes within the organization, it is important that you as an HR Coordinator are flexible and proactive in your work. Being able to quickly respond to changing circumstances and take your own initiatives and solutions is an important trait. You have a positive attitude and focus on the opportunities in the challenges that arise.
To Succeed in the Role, You Need:
- Communication skills: You express yourself well in writing in a way that is adapted for different target groups
- Innovative thinking: You are curious about developing new working methods, for example in AI and digitalization.
- Collaborative ability: You build trusting relationships and create collaboration across departmental boundaries.
Employment Information
The position is a temporary contract for approximately 12 months. In this recruitment, we will work with a continuous selection process.
