We are now looking for an unpretentious person in collaboration with our client who wants a broad and varied role where the primary responsibilities are finance and HR.

The company is one of Sweden's largest wholesalers in its industry and has had very stable growth for many years. The plans moving forward are to broaden the business for continued growth. The reason for recruiting for this position is that the current accountant is going to retire. Currently, the position is 60%, but as the company grows on all fronts, they also want to add HR responsibilities to make it a 100% position. To thrive in this role, you need to be an unpretentious person who takes great responsibility and enjoys varied tasks. The workdays primarily involve tasks related to finance, but you need to be ready to reprioritize if something else needs attention. The position is very operational as you will be alone with these tasks. Over time, the role will develop into becoming the financial manager.

Your main responsibilities:

• Responsible for payments and ongoing accounting.
• Conducting annual financial statements and handling tax declarations including VAT.
• Currency management.
• Managing payroll administration for about 25 people including ongoing tasks.
• Responsible for HR work related to hiring and recruitment.
• Managing credit and property insurance, as well as leasing vehicles such as forklifts and cars.
• Reporting statistics to various authorities.
• Regular dialogue with banks and follow-up on claims management.

• Has a university degree in finance.
• Has at least 3 years of experience in finance work, including annual financial statements.
• Has a good understanding of currency management and insurance issues.
• Has a driver's license and a car.
