About the Company

NearYou Gothenburg consists of a dedicated team of six full-time employees, and we are now looking for a student who wants to work part-time and support us.

We work with recruitment and staffing of warehouse workers, production personnel, office staff, and more in Gothenburg and surrounding areas. With us, you will be part of a team where collaboration, quality, and commitment are in focus.

Job Description

In the role of recruitment assistant, you will work approximately 1–2 days a week, with the possibility of more work during the summer and as needed. You will work closely with the team and be involved in the entire recruitment process.

Your main tasks will include:

• Writing job advertisements
• Selection and phone interviews
• Interviews
• Reference checks

In addition, you will help build and maintain our candidate database and match the right profiles to our clients' needs. The work may also involve recruitment administration, time reporting, and booking staffing consultants. The role is varied, and we expect you to be flexible and willing to support where needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone studying human resources, labor science, or a similar field, preferably with at least two years left in your studies.

You are a responsive, goal-oriented, and proactive person who enjoys working with people and building good relationships. We would like you to have a genuine interest in the recruitment and staffing industry and see a future in the field.

Previous experience in service work is an advantage, as the role requires good communication, structure, and a professional approach.

It is a plus if you have a driver's license (B).
