JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a social administrator, you play an important role in supporting the organization administratively and contributing to effective and legally secure processing.

Your main tasks may include:

  • Administrative handling and registration of documents in the operational system (Treserva)
  • Documentation and journal administration
  • Support for social workers and management in administrative processes
  • Handling incoming and outgoing documents
  • Scheduling meetings and administrative coordination tasks
  • Archiving and quality assurance of documentation
  • Other administrative tasks related to the unit's operations.

The work involves many contact points, both internally and externally, and requires structure, accuracy, and good collaboration skills.

The individuals we interact with and who receive social assistance may have various forms of work disabilities such as physical and mental health issues, social problems, cognitive variations, and limited knowledge of the Swedish language. Together with the individual, we work to find solutions that strengthen their resources and opportunities for self-sufficiency and independent living.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

  • High school education, preferably with an administrative focus, or other education that the employer deems relevant
  • Experience in administrative work within economic assistance
  • Experience with the operational system Treserva
  • Good ability to express yourself in spoken and written Swedish
  • Good computer skills

As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and service-oriented. You have good collaboration skills and can work independently. You are flexible and thrive in an environment with varied tasks.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
