Are you a confident HR specialist passionate about supporting managers in change and development?

We are now looking for an HR specialist with expertise in change management and managerial support who wants to contribute to the development of both leadership and organization.

The Environmental Administration works to improve the living environment and health of Borås residents in line with the city's environmental goals and the vision of the future Borås for sustainable development. The Environmental Administration has about 70 employees and is divided into seven departments: Permits and Law, Food Control, two departments for Environmental Supervision, Environmental and Nature Conservation, Consumer Borås, and the Administrative Department. As an HR specialist, you report directly to the head of the administration and are part of the management team.

HR SpecialistResponsibilities

As an HR specialist at the Environmental Administration, you have a central role within our organization. In your role, you have the overall responsibility to develop, implement, and ensure the quality of all HR processes within the administration. You are a key part of strategic and operational issues within the entire HR area for the administration's managers. This entails a varied workload focusing on workplace issues, salary formation, competence supply, organizational development, and labor law matters.

The foundation for HR work at the Environmental Administration is to create good conditions for the organization's managers to lead and develop their operations, thereby creating value for those we serve. As an HR specialist, you are a strategic partner to the management and a member of the management team. You are also part of the municipality's common HR network.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in HR. You should have several years of experience in both operational and strategic HR work, preferably within the municipal sector.

As a person, you find it easy to see things from a holistic perspective. Through your professional approach and demeanor, your responsiveness to the organization's needs, and your strong competence in the HR field, you build trusting relationships and have good collaboration with both the administration's managers and union representatives. You take responsibility for and independently drive, develop, plan, and prioritize your work.

If you have knowledge of and experience in leading groups and processes in change work, we see it as an advantage. You should have a good command of Swedish in both spoken and written forms. You are an experienced IT user and have basic knowledge of the Office suite.
