Retail Recruitment is in an exciting phase of development and is now strengthening the team in Gothenburg with an additional recruiter. About the role As a recruiter with us, you will drive the entire recruitment process, from requirement profile and search to placement. You will work closely with our clients and candidates and play an important role in delivering high-quality recruitments with pace, structure, and heart. We recruit broadly within retail – everything from key personnel in stores and regions to leading specialist and managerial roles at headquarters. Our assignments span the entire retail chain and include both Swedish and Nordic players in retail, FMCG, and e-commerce. In our work, we use competency-based interview techniques and place great importance on creating a fair, structured, and professional process for both clients and candidates. Your responsibilities

• Independently drive recruitment processes from start to finish
• Identify, attract, and match candidates to our clients' needs
• Drive and develop business with both new and existing clients.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Contribute to the development of our working methods, our presence on social media, and our employer brand

• Have a relevant background – either in the form of experience from recruitment companies/internal HR, or you are a recent graduate (e.g., in PA/HR) who is passionate about starting your career in search and selection.
• Have a genuine interest in both people, business, and retail
• Thrive in an environment with pace, engagement, and a high level of service
• Are a skilled communicator who easily builds trust in meetings with others.
• Enjoy networking, staying updated on LinkedIn, and making new contacts
• Find it fun to work on brand building on social media.
• Preferably have experience from retail
