We are looking for an HR Specialist for a company in Vårgårda. Start is immediate, a 6-month fixed-term assignment to begin with. Possibility of extension thereafter.

Assignment:

Ensure that the client meets upcoming requirements according to the pay transparency directive, including the development of structure, routines, and necessary processes. Drive the development of a new pay model for collective employees (IF Metall's collective agreement area), including job evaluation, pay criteria, level structure, and implementation plan.

Relieve and support the HR function in complex and time-consuming projects, e.g., within the Pay Transparency Directive to ensure quality and delivery according to the timeline.

Responsibilities: Pay Transparency Directive: - Ensure compliance with legislation and translate the directive's requirements into local processes. - Ensure ongoing alignment with partners by verifying that local processes, routines, and materials follow global guidelines and decisions.

New Pay Model: - Lead and coordinate the development of a new pay model for IF Metall's collective agreement area, in collaboration with unions and operations. - Ensure that job descriptions and additional role descriptions for the above are complete, current, and applicable in the model, in collaboration with unions and operations.

Main Tasks: - Develop and establish routines, processes, and templates for information provision according to the directive (employees & job seekers). - Conduct regular reviews to gather and interpret globally developed requirements, systems, and materials and adapt these to local needs and legal requirements. - Project lead/participate in the development of the salary report including data collection, quality assurance, analysis, and compilation. - Coordinate and conduct union collaboration related to new requirements and processes. - Quality assure and update job descriptions and additional role descriptions for use in the pay model in collaboration with unions and operations. - Coordinate contacts with Corporate regarding systems, report templates, and global processes. - Deliver decision-making materials and ensure structured handover.

Competence Requirements: Education Mandatory Requirements

-University or college degree in HR, labor law, human resource management, or equivalent. Alternatively, documented extensive experience as an HR consultant/HR specialist in qualified assignments.

Desirable: -Advanced courses in labor law and/or salary formation.

Experience Mandatory Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in a qualified HR role. - Experience working with payroll processes, salary mapping, or salary formation.

- Experience in project work within HR, including analysis, implementation, and follow-up. - Experience collaborating with trade unions and negotiating according to MBL.

Desirable: - Experience in developing or revising pay models for collective employees in industry/production. - Experience from the manufacturing industry or larger collective agreement governed organizations. - Negotiation experience and experience working within the Technical Agreement, collective agreements: IF Metall, Unionen, etc. - Experience in HR data analysis and statistical work.

Knowledge: Mandatory Requirements: - Very good knowledge of Swedish labor law. - Good knowledge of salary formation, salary structures, and salary mapping. - Good understanding of HR processes, especially in compensation and benefits. - Familiarity with union collaboration, MBL processes, and collective agreements.

Desirable: - In-depth knowledge of the EU's Pay Transparency Directive and its requirements. - Knowledge of job evaluation methods and system support for salary mapping. - Experience analyzing and visualizing HR data (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel).

Skills Mandatory Requirements: - Strong analytical ability and experience translating complex data into clear recommendations. - Ability to lead and drive projects independently. - Very good communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to create structure in complex issues.

Desirable: - Ability to create clear decision-making materials for the management team. - Experience training managers in payroll processes.

This role requires fluent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

This is a consulting assignment at 100% via Incluso in Vårgårda. Start is immediate, a 6-month fixed-term assignment to begin with, with the possibility of extension thereafter. For this assignment, you need to be on-site 75% in Vårgårda.
