Customer Advisor at Länsförsäkringar Göteborg and Bohuslän

As a customer advisor with us, you will work proactively with sales via phone, both through incoming and outgoing calls. You will be responsible for the entire customer journey – from the first contact to follow-up on quotes and closures – and work towards your own sales budget that motivates you to constantly develop and achieve new successes!

Your Challenge
We are now looking for a sales-oriented customer advisor for one of our teams at the Customer Center. As a salesperson with us, you will have a central role where you proactively sell via phone, both incoming and outgoing calls. You will be responsible for the entire customer journey: from the first contact to follow-up on quotes and closures. You will work towards your own sales budget that inspires you to reach new heights.
We expect you to maintain high availability and deliver top-notch customer service. The role requires you to be structured and quality-conscious as we work under several regulations and handle important documentation. You will closely collaborate with colleagues in banking, corporate, life and pension, security services, and real estate to create comprehensive solutions for our customers.

Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with at least one year of sales experience, preferably over the phone, and who is used to working towards clear goals and budgets. You have documented good performance in sales, communication, and quality. If you also have experience from the insurance industry, we consider it an advantage.
You are someone who gains energy from working in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by having clear goals and regular follow-ups – you simply thrive on being evaluated based on your results. You are driven to find solutions and exceed customer expectations in every call. Flexibility, initiative, and responsibility are a given for you, both in reaching your own goals and contributing to the team's success.
Your communication skills are strong, both verbally and in writing, and you are a team player who contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment.
