About the assignment We are looking for an engaged and positive employee for a broad role that combines visitor and delivery reception, office services, and cleaning. You will be an important part of the daily operations and ensure that both facilities and service functions run smoothly. You will receive training and then work extra as needed. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays during the day.

The workday is varied and includes, among other things:

• Office services and visitor reception
• Cleaning and maintenance
• Mail service, orders, and material replenishment
• Care of pool cars and simple technical checks

You will work closely with the operations and contribute to a pleasant, well-functioning work environment. Guidelines and routines are in place, and you will of course receive training.

• Enjoy varied tasks and can prioritize independently
• Are flexible and solution-oriented
• Have basic computer skills and feel comfortable with email and phone
• Like order, structure, and creating a pleasant atmosphere

Requirements:

• Good ability to communicate in Swedish
• Computer skills
• Practical and comfortable in service roles
• Able to handle a job that is partly physical

Meritorious:

• Experience in cleaning
• Experience in reception, service, or visitor reception
• Experience in mail handling
• Previous work with car pools, orders, or office services
