The Opportunity

We are growing within Supply Chain & Operations and are now looking for Managers in our Procurement area. With us, you will work closely with leaders and specialists across several sectors to develop strong, competitive, and sustainable value chains. We combine local presence with Nordic and global expertise – and we are looking for someone who wants to strengthen our clients' procurement functions and drive real change.

The Procurement team works in the following areas within both the private and public sectors:

  • Strengthening clients' procurement functions, including the development of operational models and digitalization of the procurement process
  • Optimizing procurement through spend analyses, opportunity analyses, and realization of savings
  • Developing category strategies and executing procurements, including partnership-based procurement processes
  • Optimizing the end-to-end P2P process and working with supplier and contract management

Your main responsibilities

As a Manager, you will:

  • Lead assignments in the role of project manager
  • Support business development and commercial activities and sales work within Procurement, as well as in some cases for selected sectors or clients
  • Contribute to the further development of the Procurement area through, for example, method development, external profiling (conferences, etc.), recruitment, and internal competence development

Skills, experience, and attributes for success

  • You have a master's degree and 4–6 years of experience in procurement – as a management consultant and/or within a procurement organization
  • You have broad experience in strategic and tactical procurement work or deep expertise in public procurement
  • You communicate very well in both Swedish and English and enjoy working in cross-functional teams at all levels – from operational procurement to management
  • You drive work forward, build good relationships, and navigate complex environments with many stakeholders
  • You have good business understanding, work analytically and structured
  • You want to be part of a dynamic and development-focused team

The most important thing for us is that you have strong analytical and professional abilities, are curious, and want to create results together with others.

What we offer you

With us, you will be part of one of the leading Supply Chain teams in the Nordics. Through meaningful and challenging projects, close to our clients, you will develop future-oriented skills and create long-term improvements and tailored solutions.

You will work alongside some of the industry's most experienced colleagues in a flexible, inclusive, and learning environment. At the same time, you will have access to a Nordic and global network that offers unique development opportunities from day one.
