We are looking for someone who wants to work with systematic quality management within home care and be a driving force in developing our operations. The role is broad and practical – you will work both strategically and operationally with quality, routines, training, and improvement work.

You will play an important role in supporting managers and employees and ensuring that Livra Home Care operates in a structured, safe, and high-quality manner.

Responsibilities

-Plan, develop, and follow up on the quality work of the organization

-Develop, update, and implement routines and working methods

-Identify areas for improvement and propose measures

-Plan and conduct training for employees

-Participate in and contribute to the introduction of new employees

-Support managers and employees in quality and development issues

-Compile materials and reports for management

-Follow up on implemented improvement measures

We are looking for someone with an academic degree in social or behavioral sciences, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have previous work experience in care and support, preferably in elderly care or home care, and have good knowledge and up-to-date understanding of the conditions and working methods of the organization.

You are confident in quality and development issues and have a good understanding of regulations and how they are applied in practice. Previous experience in managerial or leadership roles within elderly care is an advantage.
