ABOUT THE ROLE As a Financial Controller, you will analyze and interpret the bank's income statement and balance sheet to contribute to the organization's efficiency.

You will act as the link between Controlling and Accounting. Your mission is to ensure quality in bookkeeping and project lead changes in account mapping and accounting structure, so that Business Controlling has the best possible conditions for effective analysis.

Your tasks will mainly consist of:

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS

• Income and balance analysis

• Mapping structure in ÅRKL

• Monthly reporting/Board reporting

• Ad-hoc analyses

• Scenario and sensitivity analyses

• Data quality assurance from source systems

• Automation and streamlining of reporting flows

• Identifying and addressing deficiencies in processes and reporting

• Project management

The position is located at our headquarters in Gothenburg and is a permanent position preceded by a probationary period.

The role requires you to work on several parallel projects simultaneously and have the ability to prioritize between different tasks. Your numerical skills are excellent, and you have the ability to see the big picture without losing sight of the details. You are analytical and have a structured and efficient working style.

To succeed in this role, it is important to be communicative and have a good ability to build trusting relationships. You are a natural informal leader who finds it easy to explain complex scenarios. You are attracted to working in an organization that is constantly evolving and are eager to contribute with new ideas and thoughts.

You have:

• a degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent

• at least 3 years of work experience in business controlling, accounting, or equivalent

• experience in project management

• good communication skills in both spoken and written form

• very good knowledge of Excel

It is a merit if you have experience in banking & finance and if you have worked with Visma.
