At Lysio Research, we conduct surveys and investigations that contribute to societal development. Our clients include most municipalities in the country as well as several regions and authorities. The surveys we conduct are varied, often complex, and above all, important. Many decisions are made by municipalities, authorities, corporate managements, and other stakeholders based on the results of the measurements we have conducted.

About the Position

We are now recruiting a project manager who will work on executing client projects from start to finish. The job involves managing client contact, designing and planning projects, as well as developing surveys, reports, and being responsible for all steps to a finished product.

To thrive in this role, it is important that you are self-driven and enjoy finding solutions. It is also essential that you can handle a variety of tasks and appreciate working with several different clients and projects simultaneously.

You will also, just like all other employees in the company, be involved in various ways to help develop the company and our working methods. It is important that you are meticulous, structured, and efficient, but you also have strong support from skilled colleagues and well-developed working methods and routines.

Qualifications:

• Academic degree in social sciences, economics, or another relevant field
• Previous experience leading complex projects, processes, or equivalent
• Previous experience with quantitative surveys/methods
• Excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing
• Effective and self-driven
• Meticulous and structured
• Good IT skills
