About the position

As a recruiter, you will independently manage the entire recruitment process in the Varbi system. You will work closely with hiring managers and drive the processes from needs analysis to completed recruitment.

Your tasks include:

  • Creating and quality-assuring advertisement materials in dialogue with hiring managers
  • Publishing advertisements in Varbi
  • Conducting selection, interviews, and reference checks
  • Providing professional and clear feedback to candidates
  • Closing advertisements and finalizing recruitments in the system
  • Documenting actions according to applicable routines
  • Supporting other HR-related tasks as needed

You will recruit specialized roles within the fire and rescue service, such as fire instructors, incident commanders, and control center leaders.

Employment form

The position is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant at the Fire and Rescue Service. The position is full-time and working hours are during office hours. The planned assignment period is from April 1, 2026, to June 19, 2026, with the possibility of a two-month extension.

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has recent experience (within the last year) of recruitment in the public sector and fire and rescue services
  • Has documented experience in recruiting specific roles within the fire and rescue service
  • Is a regular user of the Varbi recruitment system
  • Has experience in documentation and handling public records
  • Has independently driven entire recruitment processes from start to finish
  • Communicates very well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
  • Works in a structured, meticulous, and independent manner

Personal suitability is very important for this assignment. You are confident in your skills, professional in your approach, and have the ability to build trust with both managers and candidates.
