Business-driven Advisor Wanted in Alingsås and Lerum

Do you want to be the local force that creates security and builds bridges between all our business areas? We are looking for a business-driven advisor who is passionate about relationship-based sales and wants to develop the local business community in Alingsås and Lerum.

Role Overview:

As a Customer and Area Responsible Insurance Advisor, you have a clear mandate to develop the local market based in Alingsås or Lerum. Through qualified and relationship-building B2B sales, you create long-term trust with our customers, where the goal is to broaden their engagement across all of Länsförsäkringar Älvsborg's business areas. You proactively work to identify comprehensive needs and package solutions that include insurance, banking, and pensions. With personal drive and strong local presence, you ensure that we are the natural partner for companies' entire economy and security.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Broaden the Business: Actively work to ensure that customers utilize the full range of Länsförsäkringar Älvsborg's offerings in insurance, banking, and real estate brokerage.
  • Relationship-building B2B: Develop and maintain the portfolio through a trustworthy and businesslike approach to decision-makers.
  • Proactive Advisory: Identify the customer's unique needs and package comprehensive solutions that create long-term added value.
  • Local Growth: Drive new prospecting to strengthen our market position in the Alingsås and Lerum area.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Documented experience in relationship-based B2B sales.
  • Education: Relevant post-secondary education (economics/law or equivalent).
  • Communication: Very good Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good familiarity with digital systems.
  • Driver's License: A valid B driver's license is required to operate close to our customers in the region.

Meritorious:

  • Certification: Insurance diploma (e.g., IFU) or current licensing for insurance distribution.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working with comprehensive offerings in banking and insurance.
  • Local Knowledge: An established network in Alingsås or Lerum.

You have the ability to see the whole picture in the customer's situation and navigate seamlessly between our different business areas to find the best solutions. You are self-driven, structured, and enjoy taking significant personal responsibility for your portfolio and geographical area.

Conditions & Application:

Location: Alingsås or Lerum.
Scope: Full-time, permanent (6-month probationary period applies).
