Job Description

As a customer service representative, you will work with:

• receiving orders via phone
• direct contact with patients
• handling delivery inquiries with patients and our transporter
• registration in our business system
• guiding healthcare in our ordering system.

You play an important role in ensuring patient safety. The pace of work is varied, which means you need to handle periods of high workload and have the ability to shift focus between tasks in administration, warehousing, and distribution.

The working hours for the position are Monday to Friday from 07:45 to 16:45.

To succeed in this role, you need to:

• build good relationships with customers and colleagues through a positive attitude
• take responsibility by being thorough and loyal to your assignment
• show interest, willingness, and commitment to doing a good job
• be flexible during a changing workday.

You should have completed upper secondary education or be in your final year of high school, as you need to be 18 years old to work with us. Your computer skills are good; you have experience with Office programs and are accustomed to learning and working in various IT systems. You communicate fluently in Swedish and can understand and convey complex and extensive information.

It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of the business system Sesam and knowledge of distribution and logistical flows. It is also advantageous if you have experience from service-oriented professions.
