About the Position

As a customer service representative, you are responsible for ensuring that customer inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently – from the first contact to the completed transaction. You will work closely with internal functions such as logistics and sales and have daily contact with customers across Europe.

You will act as a coordinating link between the customer, warehouse, and internal departments, aiming to create a smooth and positive customer experience.

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via email and phone
• Register and follow up on orders and ensure accurate delivery information
• Coordinate transportation and maintain contact with warehouses and freight forwarders
• Ensure that invoices and shipping documents are correct
• Support the sales department with customer information and follow-ups
• Handle complaints and discrepancies in a solution-oriented manner
• Actively work on developing and strengthening customer relationships

• Has experience in customer service, order management, or administrative support
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish, Finnish, and English
• Is structured, meticulous, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
• Has good system skills and feels comfortable with digital work tools
• Is communicative and has a professional demeanor
• Has a business-oriented mindset and sees opportunities in customer dialogue
