Then this could be the summer and part-time job for you! We are now looking for salespeople who are passionate about sales and working towards clear goals.

At FOREX, it’s full speed during the summer, with many customers wanting to exchange currency and get tips for their travels.

We are looking for Salespeople to work throughout the summer period (June-August) with the possibility of continued part-time work during the rest of the year.

You need to be available for training during the spring and work extra during the spring.

The positions are for our stores in Gothenburg city and Frölunda Torg. We offer temporary part-time employment with an 80% employment rate over the summer.

FOREX has opening hours that suit our customers, so you need to be flexible regarding working hours. To be considered for this position, you must be able to work evenings and weekends according to our schedule.

Your responsibilities

As a Salesperson at FOREX, you will be involved in all steps of the sales process and help customers find the right currency and services for their needs. You will contribute to a fantastic customer experience and create results by selling our products and currency. Together with your team, you will work to achieve your goals along with the store's sales targets.

Examples of tasks:

• Sell currency and other FOREX services
• Provide excellent customer service and keep the customer in focus
• Follow our internal routines and maintain order in the store

Our expectations of you

We are looking for someone who is business-minded, flexible, engaged, and wants to provide customers with the best service. You are involved and contribute to a good working environment.

You are driven by achieving goals and enjoy working together with others to achieve results.

To thrive in this role and perform at your best, we see that you have the following experiences:

• Sales experience: Previous experience in retail or sales, where you have worked with individual sales targets and provided customers with a good experience. Experience from a service or sales role where customer satisfaction has been a focus is particularly valuable.
• Customer service: You have experience working with customer service and are used to handling customer meetings in a professional and service-oriented manner.
• Communication skills: You can communicate clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You can communicate and read in English, additional language skills are an advantage.
• Technical proficiency: You have knowledge and experience using computers and cash systems.
• Teamwork: You have experience working in teams and contributing to achieving common goals.
