We are now looking for someone with a great interest in service who wants to be part of Garmin's fantastic customer support. Do you enjoy helping customers and working in a team? Then this could be the position for you!

We can now offer an exciting role in customer service that will develop you both personally and professionally. Garmin offers a wide range of user-friendly products in areas such as road navigation, fitness, outdoor activities, and marine electronics.

As a customer service representative at Garmin, you will handle incoming support cases, complaints, and other inquiries from both private customers and retailers via phone and email. Just like Garmin's products, the support is also world-class. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, helpful, and flexible, and who supports where needed. Your goal is to provide customer support of the highest quality, and you are a confident communicator in both spoken and written form. You are also curious and have a strong desire to continuously learn more about Garmin's products. As a customer service representative, you will be part of a team where colleagues always help and support each other. Your workdays will mainly consist of handling phone calls and emails.

The position is a seasonal employment with a planned start in April and runs until August/September, with good opportunities for extension. The position begins with an introduction and training regarding Garmin's products. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM and Fridays from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM. You will work at Garmin's office in Billdal.

The position is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant at Garmin.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with a technical interest, who is a skilled communicator and can prioritize and step in where needed. You never tire of learning new things, as Garmin continuously launches new products. If you also have an interest in sports and health, we are convinced that you will thrive.

• You are used to working in a fast-paced environment within service professions
• It is a merit if you have a technical inclination
• You enjoy juggling multiple tasks
• You can communicate verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English
