We are now looking for a driven B2B Sales Representative for ErgoNordics, a leading player in ergonomics and workplace environment in the Nordics. About the role

As a sales representative, you will play a key role in developing and expanding the market position in Sweden. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from identifying business opportunities to building long-term customer relationships.

The geographical area of work depends on your experience.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is results-oriented, self-driven, and has a strong drive. You will receive full support, but we expect you to take initiative, create business opportunities, and drive sales forward.

Requirements for the role

Experience in B2B sales within ergonomics, office furniture, workplace environment, or similar industries. Ability to build trust and identify customer needs. A structured approach and willingness to take responsibility for your own sales. A genuine interest in improving workplace environments and helping customers feel better. A team player mentality. The company builds a competent team where everyone supports each other and works towards common goals.

Preferred if you have

- Experience with ergonomic solutions or office products

- Worked or have training as an ergonomist
