Account Manager at Stena Recycling in Uddevalla

Do you want to work to drive business forward in a future industry where sustainability and business go hand in hand? We are now looking for an engaged and business-driven Account Manager to join our team in Uddevalla – a role for you who wants to create customer value, build relationships, and grow together with us.

About the role

As an Account Manager, you will work to solve and develop our customers' recycling needs by selling our recycling and environmental service solutions. You will primarily target medium-sized customers through continuous customer visits and standardized industry offers, but will also manage some smaller customers. The role involves approximately 50% new customer acquisition as well as the development of existing customer relationships, where you identify new creative solutions that create development and value for the customer. In this role, you are expected to conduct 30 customer visits per month.

You will work with pricing, prospecting, and contract negotiations, and your portfolio will include everything from large A-customers to smaller C-customers. In this role, you will collaborate and maintain ongoing dialogue with branch managers, customer support, product specialists, and colleagues from both local and central sales, so that together you can improve our solutions for customers.

You work independently, take responsibility for your results, and always keep the customer in focus. Your energy and engagement are contagious – both to customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience working with customers and sales in Business to Business.
  • High school education
  • Experience working with business systems
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
  • Driver's license B

Meritorious:

  • Higher education in sales.
  • A large network in Uddevalla and surrounding areas.
