Receptionist for Private Dental Clinic

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a receptionist, you are the clinic's face to the outside world and the first contact for patients. You are responsible for ensuring a smooth flow in the reception and contribute to a positive experience for everyone visiting the clinic, whether it is over the phone, email, or in-person visits. You will work closely with a team of 7 nurses and 4 other receptionists in a dynamic environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

In this role, you will handle patient bookings, answer the phone, and ensure that the reception operates efficiently. You are a central part of maintaining the clinic's high service level and providing patients with the best possible reception while the clinic attracts new customers.

• Professionally answer incoming phone calls
• Manage patient bookings, including rescheduling and cancellations
• Welcome patients and manage the daily flow of the reception
• Ensure a positive experience for all clinic visitors

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has experience handling phone and customer contact
• Has experience in a service-oriented role, preferably where you have communicated with customers and been helpful
• Has basic digital skills, as you will work in various types of systems
• Has fluent knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English
