We are looking for an accountant for an exciting international company!

The assignment is a consultancy role for about six months, and we hope you can start immediately.

About the role As an accountant, you will be responsible for the company's ongoing accounting and financial processes, ensuring that reporting is done correctly and within the right timeframes. You will work independently within given frameworks and have close cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders. You will report to the CFO and become an important part of the finance function.

Your tasks

• Weekly reporting of sales (status reporting)

• Ongoing bookkeeping

• Responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and internal transactions

• Claims management including interest billing

• Reconciliation of balance accounts

• Booking of guarantees

• Monthly and annual financial statements

• Preparation of annual reports

• Reporting and payment of taxes and fees

• Responsible for Intrastat reporting

• Drive and coordinate group reporting

• Archiving of accounting materials

• Participate in the company's quality and environmental work

• Other tasks within the finance area as needed

Authority You make decisions within the framework of applicable approval instructions and act independently in contact with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding issues related to the finance function.

We are looking for someone who has We are looking for someone with about five years of experience in similar tasks and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. You have experience working in ERP systems, and it is an advantage if you have worked in Navision, Business Central, and/or SAP. You have very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel, and a strong administrative mindset.
