Accounting Controller at Zeppelin in Landvetter – drive closing, analysis, and system development in an international group.

Do you want to work as an Accounting Controller at Zeppelin in Landvetter? This is a parental leave cover for 1 year where you, as a consultant via TNG, will have a qualified accounting responsibility in an international group with a strong market position. You will drive closing, analysis, and reporting for a division within Zeppelin Sweden and contribute to the transition to a new business system (Dynamics). The role combines accounting, business understanding, and development in a stable and forward-looking organization.

Your responsibilities

• Be responsible for ongoing bookkeeping and closing for the assigned division
• Conduct monthly closings and analyze income statements and balance sheets
• Write income comments and analyze deviations against budget/forecast
• Ensure quality in accounting and reporting
• Be responsible for Fixed Assets for Zeppelin Sweden
• Participate in quarterly and annual closings
• Contribute to the implementation of a new business system (Dynamics)
• Collaborate with controllers, GM, and other functions in the organization

Worth knowing

You will be employed by TNG and work as a consultant at Zeppelin starting April 1. The assignment is for 12 months. The placement is at Zeppelin's headquarters, which is located in very nice and fresh premises in Landvetter, near the airport. The finance department works divisionally, where each person is responsible for a business unit.

You report to the Accounting & Reporting Manager and have close collaboration with the Team Leader and other controllers. The work is flexible with flexible hours and a hybrid setup. During closing periods, the workload may be higher, but generally, the role is characterized by freedom under responsibility.

Our expectations

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in qualified accounting work and who is comfortable with the entire closing process. You have a good understanding of how results, margins, and volume affect the business and can independently analyze and explain deviations.

You are an experienced Excel user and work fluently in business systems. It is highly meritorious if you have experience with the business system M3 (formerly Movex) and have been involved in system implementation in previous roles. Experience in larger companies or group environments is a plus. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

As a person, you are meticulous, analytical, and responsible, without getting bogged down in details. You are social, unpretentious, and willing to ask questions. You thrive in an open and collaborative culture where knowledge is shared, and fun is had together.
