Your tasks will include:

• Leading communication planning processes
• Implementing communication activities from planning, execution to evaluation
• Producing simpler content for our channels (image, film, text)
• Providing guidance and support to managers on communication issues
• Participating in crisis management work in the event of a crisis
• Developing the department's communication work within your areas of responsibility and together with colleagues in the communication unit

What do we offer you?

Here you will have significant responsibility and challenging tasks. In this role, you will operate in a varied environment where you switch between fast and slow processes, operational and strategic tasks.

In the department's communication unit, you will work alongside ten competent and highly engaged communicators. Each person working in the communication unit has expertise, but no one knows everything. Therefore, we work together and with a coaching approach to contribute to the greatest possible benefit for those we serve.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in media and communication studies or equivalent education
• Experience working as a communicator in the public sector

It is highly meritorious if you have worked as support for managers and/or management teams.

We seek someone who can quickly understand complex issues. By actively listening and asking questions to understand, you create an understanding of what the issue is about. You easily collaborate with others and work selflessly to jointly find solutions.

You enjoy working independently as a communicator and are confident enough in your role to both lead processes and tasks, as well as to be led by others.

You see your work as part of something larger and understand how it affects and is affected by the organization. Together with others, you create value for the organization.

The role requires your social skills, the ability to stand by decisions made, and to convey uncomfortable messages when necessary.
