Financial & Operational Analyst at Enordic Evergreen

Join Enordic Evergreen (EEG) as a Financial & Operational Analyst and take a hands-on role in developing and managing the performance of renewable energy assets across the Nordics!

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Financial & Operational Analyst at EEG, your core focus will be financial, operational, and other business analysis, modeling, and reporting for portfolio assets. You will work closely with the operational assets, capital structure, owners, and lenders, contributing directly to how business and financial decisions are made and value is created over time. You may occasionally support new investment or acquisition processes as well.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, models, and analytical tasks – and who wants to deepen their expertise in renewable energy business and asset-level corporate finance within a lean organization. You will work closely with the finance function, operations team, and external advisors, and gradually gain exposure to lender and owner interactions.

YOU ARE OFFERED

  • A hands-on financial analyst role in a growing renewable energy portfolio company
  • Direct exposure to asset-level decision-making, financing structures, and reporting
  • High degree of independence with strong support from experienced colleagues
  • Flexible working hours and opportunities for remote work (weekly office presence expected)
  • Modern office facilities and a culture where people genuinely enjoy working on-site

  • Supporting investment and acquisition processes when needed (e.g. parts of due diligence)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Master’s degree in finance, economics, or engineering
  • Approx. 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction services, private equity, asset management, or similar
  • Strong modeling skills and high attention to detail
  • Comfortable with recurring analytical and reporting-related tasks
  • Enjoys working independently while being a reliable team player
  • Analytical mindset, structured way of working, and good time management skills
  • Curious and adaptable, but not afraid of routine tasks either when needed
  • Full professional proficiency in English; Finnish and/or Swedish are an advantage
