About the role

In this position, you will have a varied and operational role focusing on both accounts receivable and accounts payable, reconciliations, and ongoing accounting. You will work closely with your colleague who is responsible for accounting and support both in the daily work and during the closing process.

There is currently a comprehensive system change to Dynamics 365 and Medius, and in this role, you will play an important part in ensuring quality, testing processes, and helping to create structure in the new financial landscape.

Your main responsibilities:

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconciliation of bank accounts and balance accounts
• Management of fixed asset registers and depreciation
• Ongoing bookkeeping and simpler accounting
• Accruals and provisions
• Support the finance department as needed

We are looking for someone who

• Has a post-secondary education in finance
• Has experience with similar tasks in accounts receivable and ongoing accounting
• Is accustomed to working in financial systems and has good system skills
• Has fluent knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English

About the employment

This is a recruitment where you will be employed by Hööks. The employment is a fixed-term position for 6 months with good opportunities for extension.
