Do you want to work closely with managers and contribute to accurate recruitments of high quality? We are now looking for an HR specialist who, for a limited period, wants to strengthen the recruitment function and be an important support in our client's ongoing recruitment efforts. 💫

About the assignment

We are now looking for an HR specialist for an HR department at our client in Gothenburg. You will work during office hours, with a starting point of 08:00-16:30. The job is 100% and is based at the client's premises. We are looking for a new colleague for the client's team who can support the recruitment group while a staff member is on parental leave. The assignment is a temporary position for about three months starting by agreement.

In the role, you will work closely with the organization's managers and contribute to ensuring professional and legally secure recruitment processes. You will provide operational and consultative support throughout the recruitment chain and be an important quality assurance function in the administration's recruitment work.

This is a consultancy assignment via Bemannia.

Your tasks 💟

You will work broadly with recruitment and be a close support to managers in both planning and executing recruitments. The role requires structure, collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple parallel processes.

Your tasks include, among others:

  • Support to managers throughout the recruitment process

  • Recruitment planning and needs analysis

  • Preparation and publication of job advertisements

  • Management of recruitment documentation

  • Participation in interviews and selection work

  • Conducting reference checks

  • Collaboration with trade unions as needed

The work takes place in a fast-paced environment where several recruitments are often ongoing simultaneously.

Your qualifications ✅

  • University degree with a focus on HR issues or other academic education deemed relevant

  • Previous work experience in recruitment

  • At least 2 years of work experience in broad HR work

  • Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent

  • Documented experience in recruitment work

  • Experience in providing managerial support in recruitment issues

  • Previous experience of collaboration with trade unions and/or union negotiations

  • Experience in recruiting for hard-to-fill roles

  • Background in recruitment related to the real estate and/or construction industry

  • Experience in competency-based and norm-critical recruitment

  • Familiarity with working in event-driven organizations

  • Experience in managing multiple complex recruitments simultaneously
