Diseröd School is a K-6 school located 7 kilometers north of Kungälv in a lovely environment close to nature.

We will have 350 students and about 50 employees this fall. We have a good atmosphere among the staff and see collaboration as a given. Diseröd is a growing community, and in the coming years, we will have both new school buildings and renovations. An exciting time awaits us!

Responsibilities

As a school administrator, you play a very important role. You are the one who meets our visitors at the reception and are often the face of the school. The work is very varied and requires you to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You act as the spider in the web and provide close administrative support to the school management. You organize and take care of the tasks that need to be done.

Examples of tasks include finding substitutes, managing employment, orders, invoice handling, and parts of scheduling. You will also handle student registration, mail management, purchases, updating documents, responding to incoming emails and calls, compiling statistics, and more. You will have support from various IT systems in your work. The job also includes assisting students, guardians, and staff with various administrative issues. You will also be part of the municipality's network for school administrators.

Qualifications

As a person, you are accommodating, stress-resistant, and structured. You have a good demeanor and are attentive to your surroundings. You take responsibility and drive your work forward, delivering results while effectively prioritizing your tasks. You see opportunities in changes, take your own initiatives, and come up with new approaches to work-related issues. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.

We are looking for someone who has worked in schools and has experience in similar administrative roles. It is advantageous if you have worked as a school administrator. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work. You have good digital skills and can handle digital tools. Experience with school administrative systems such as Unikum, Skola24, Visma, Unit 4, Edlevo, or similar is a plus.
