Operations Assistant & Innovation/Development Leader – Paramedicine Operations, NU Healthcare

About the Position
We are looking for someone who wants to combine the role of operations assistant to the operations manager with being an innovation and development leader.

The position is divided between these two areas of responsibility and offers a unique opportunity to both support the management administratively and drive the development of the operations forward.

Responsibilities

As an operations assistant, you will work as administrative support primarily to the operations manager but also to the management team. You will coordinate administration, plan and document management meetings, handle permissions, and develop the operations' digital workflows. You are a key person in creating structure and order, contributing to the smooth functioning of the operations.

As an innovation and development leader with us, you will play a key role in driving the development of the operations forward. You will monitor the external environment, initiate and lead projects that renew and improve our working methods. By seeking funding and implementing digital solutions, you create conditions for a modern and efficient operation. You inspire and enable change, contributing to us reaching new levels of quality and innovation within specialist healthcare.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in administration, communication, innovation, or operational development.
• Documented experience in administrative work and project management.
• Excellent ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
• Experience working with advanced features in Office 365, including Copilot AI and other digital collaboration, automation, and analysis tools.
• Ability to drive development and innovation processes, preferably with experience in change management.
• Self-driven, proactive, and structured.
• Good collaboration skills and relationship-building.
• Interest in digitalization and continuous improvement.
• Experience from working in healthcare or the health and medical sector is an advantage.

Personal Attributes

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, quality-conscious, and has an easy time making contact. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and enjoy working both independently and in teams. You have a genuine interest in developing the operations and contributing to an innovative culture. If you also have experience from healthcare or the health and medical sector, we see it as a plus.
