JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role as a medical secretary is important in our operations, and you contribute service to our patients as well as efforts that support a well-functioning care process. We actively work with development through quality work and digitalization, of which you will be an integral part.
In your work as a medical secretary at the health center, you have a central role in the administrative flow of the operations.
You will administer referrals, billing matters, mail, medical record requests, quality registers, and bookings, as well as serve as internal system support. You will also receive patients at the reception. The systems we work with include Webdoc and 1177.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a trained medical secretary (degree certificate required) and has experience working in primary care. You should also have worked in the medical record system Webdoc. It is an advantage if you have previously worked at a reception in healthcare.
Furthermore, we see that you have good administrative and organizational skills and enjoy working in a service function. You are meticulous in your work, flexible, service-oriented, and easy to collaborate with. As a person, you are confident and secure in your role, positive in your approach, and can contribute to a good climate in the workgroup.
