We are now looking for an Office Manager for a smaller, personal office in the heart of Gothenburg — a role with great trust, varied tasks, and close collaboration with the CEO and management.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Office Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and is welcoming, while also relieving the CEO and management of their daily tasks. You are the company's face to the outside world, welcoming visitors, keeping the office organized, and ensuring that everything practical runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Daily office administration and operations

  • Reception – welcoming visitors and being the first point of contact

  • Support for the CEO and management team in practical and administrative tasks

  • Bookings, coordination, meeting management

  • Representation – creating a pleasant atmosphere during client visits and internal activities

  • Contact with suppliers and service partners

  • Ensuring that the office is a welcoming, structured, and functional workplace

If you have experience in marketing/web, the role can be extended to 100%, for example:

  • Updating the website and social media

  • Light graphic work

  • Marketing administration

  • Production support in campaigns or events
