Your Responsibilities

• Manage supplier invoices via Rillion and coordinate approval flows
• Match invoices against purchase orders and project numbers
• Send and follow up on customer invoices
• Reconcile customer accounts and handle reminders
• Prepare materials for monthly closings and reports
• Collaborate with external finance partners
• Work in the systems Fortnox and Rillion

Worth Knowing

The position is located in Kungälv with a start date in January 2026. Initially, the work will be two days a week, preferably on-site during the first month for a good introduction. After that, there is an opportunity for a hybrid setup. You will be an important part of a team of eight people on-site, where you will closely collaborate with the CEO and external finance partners. The position may eventually grow to full-time.

Our Expectations

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in finance. Perhaps you have recently studied or have some experience in financial administration. You have a basic understanding of accounting (debit/credit) and are comfortable with digital tools. Experience with Fortnox or in supplier/customer accounts is a plus, but not a requirement.

As a person, you are meticulous, self-driven, and unpretentious. You thrive in a team where everyone supports each other and enjoy contributing where needed. You should be comfortable communicating with different functions such as sales, project management, and logistics. The role suits you if you want to grow alongside the company and develop long-term within finance.
