We are looking for someone with experience in finance assistant work and who has previously worked with the following tasks:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and invoice management
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconciliation of accounts and payments
• Reminder and collection management
• Assisting with monthly and annual financial closing
• Administration of expenses and travel reimbursements
• Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Visma, or Fortnox is a plus
