Do you want to contribute to one of Sweden's largest housing companies' routines and practices in the area of GDPR? We are now looking for a GDPR specialist who will help us develop clear GDPR processes and coach our employees until October 2026.

We are seeking a GDPR specialist for a limited time who will contribute to and improve our work in the area of GDPR. The assignment includes updating and establishing documentation and practices regarding the company's work with GDPR, such as impact assessments, developing practices and processes within the company, working on updating the company's processing register, documenting and assessing personal data incidents, administering and managing the rights of data subjects, and contributing to the group-wide work on compliance with GDPR.

You will be part of the Administrative Development department at our headquarters in Gamlestaden, reporting to Poseidon's corporate lawyer, and your manager will be the head of Administrative Development.

Specialist in GDPR, processes, and impact assessments

You have a university or college degree in law, public administration, or equivalent. You have previous practical experience working with GDPR issues, such as establishing impact assessments, developing practices and processes in the area, monitoring legal developments, and assessing and reviewing personal data processing according to legislative requirements. The position requires good IT skills, especially in the Office suite. It is an advantage if you have a background as a DPO, have worked in public administration, and within the City of Gothenburg.
