About the role

As a client manager accounting consultant, you will be responsible for a number of client assignments, handling everything from ongoing accounting to year-end closing and advisory. You will play a central role in building trusting relationships with clients and contributing to the development of both work methods and quality in delivery. 

In this role, you will be responsible for initiating and participating in marketing activities. This way, you will have the space to grow, contribute, and be part of a growth journey where you truly make a difference. In the office, you will be part of a smaller team with high competence, and the role suits you who want to take responsibility, work independently, and at the same time be part of something bigger.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Managing ongoing accounting, VAT, bookkeeping, and year-end closing 
  • Preparing annual reports, tax calculations, and declarations 
  • Having close and proactive dialogues with clients - both operationally and advisory
  • Contributing to the digitization and streamlining of clients' financial processes
  • Initiating and participating in marketing activities

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is confident in their skills and ready to take the next step. You have experience from an agency and now want a role where you have greater responsibility, more client contact, and the opportunity to influence - both your own daily work and the development of the office. 

As a person, you are structured, communicative, and have a strong service focus. You easily build trust in dialogue with clients, are responsible, and have the courage to take initiative. You are a team player who contributes to the whole, while also having the ability to drive your own work forward with quality, commitment, and care.

In addition to the above, we see that you:

  • Have relevant education in finance or equivalent experience
  • Have at least two years of experience working in an agency
  • Want to develop further in marketing activities
  • Have a business-oriented approach and interest in client relationships
  • Have good knowledge of Swedish and English
