The current position is located in the municipal executive office within the area of community development.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a driven operations coordinator who wants to contribute to both daily operations and long-term development within community development issues. The role involves varied tasks and is suitable for you who thrive with many contact points, both internally and externally. You will work independently and focused on analyses. You will be responsible for the municipality's energy issues and play a key role in planning, coordinating, following up, and developing the municipality's work in the energy sector.

You will be a key player in supporting the organization in the development of our processes.

You will conduct investigations, prepare decision-making materials, and respond to referrals. You enjoy clarifying complex issues and independently moving the work forward towards solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a relevant university or college degree, as well as documented experience in similar assignments and development work. Experience from the public sector is an advantage.

You are a communicative and attentive person who meets others in a friendly and respectful manner. You easily create new contacts and build long-term relationships in your work. Your flexibility and adaptability allow you to confidently handle changes and new situations.

You work in a structured and independent manner, take initiative, and are happy to contribute new ideas and solutions. Collaboration is important to you. You have good digital competence and find it easy to learn new systems and tools. You express yourself clearly and correctly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, which is necessary in daily work.
