About the roleThe role of Recruitment Specialist involves securing the supply of talent to Nammo Sweden's rapidly growing sites in Karlsborg, Vingåker, Karlskoga, and Lindesberg by attracting, identifying, and evaluating candidates, as well as providing support to managers in operational recruitment matters. We are now looking for someone who can effectively analyze needs and match the right competence with the right role.
Examples of tasks:
- Drive and execute all steps in the recruitment process, from needs analysis to hiring
- Support and advise managers on recruitment strategy, including requirement profiling and marketing
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience
- Contribute to the development of processes, routines, and tools within the area of responsibility
- Follow up and analyze recruitment data
You will become part of our competent and engaged HR department and contribute to building operational work for the future. You will report to the HR Director, Nammo Sweden AB, collaborate closely with the HR Specialist Recruitment & Employer Branding, and choose which site you want to work from. Frequent travel between sites is included in the role.
Our candidateWe are looking for someone with a relevant HR education and a few years of experience in recruitment and staffing, preferably in a consultative role. You have experience working with search/sourcing and digital recruitment tools. Experience with competency-based recruitment and psychological testing tools is an advantage. A driver's license, Swedish citizenship, and good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are required for the position.
As a person, you are attentive and collaborative, with a good ability to create and maintain good relationships with both managers, colleagues, and candidates. You have a strong commitment to your area of expertise and an interest in people, and you drive your commitments with initiative and a pragmatic approach. Additionally, you combine a structured working method with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions.
