Responsibilities and Tasks
As a legal expert, you will work with governance and support in data protection and digitalization. This also includes administrative law, public access and confidentiality, and other governmental legal matters. You will also provide support to other parts of the agency in the work with governing documents and participate in the development of internal governing documents, such as guidelines on data protection issues. You will participate in the work with consultation responses and the drafting of legislative proposals within your areas of responsibility. Your work will include conducting training and extensively participating as a legal expert in various projects and working groups. Your focus as a legal expert will be to assist with legal expertise in the agency's development work in digitalization. Based on deep knowledge of the regulations governing digitalization work, you will represent the Swedish Social Insurance Agency in cross-agency collaborations in the field of digitalization.
You will work in a team where curiosity, humility, and care for colleagues are a given. As a legal expert, you will handle confidential information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high security awareness.
We are looking for someone who
- has a law degree
- has very good knowledge of data protection and digitalization
- has the ability to work independently and take responsibility for high-quality results
- is action-oriented
- has a systematic and meticulous working method
- can understand and analyze complex issues
- communicates clearly, concisely, and structured
- appreciates and has a very good ability to collaborate with others.
It is an advantage if you
- have experience working with digitalization issues, preferably in a government agency or another relevant client, such as a law firm
- are court clerk qualified or have other equivalent court experience
- have experience working with security protection legal issues
- have experience collaborating with employees in different areas
- have good pedagogical skills and can explain and simplify complex legal terms.
Other
A number of positions, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment.
