They are now looking for an accounting manager who will also handle payroll administration for 7 employees and wants to be a key person in the daily work. Is it you we are looking for?

About the position

At Perido, we are now looking for an accounting manager for our client, a company operating in the automotive industry in Gothenburg. The assignment is part-time 75%, and there is an opportunity for a hybrid setup where you can work a few days a week remotely.

Your tasks

As an accounting manager, you will be responsible for the entire accounting process and serve as a natural point of contact with the head office and other internal functions. The work environment is described as pleasant and relaxed, with close cooperation among colleagues.

Accounting and reporting

• Prepare monthly reporting and ongoing forecasts
• Work with IFRS 16
• Handle VAT and employer declarations
• Manage accounts payable
• Handle external costs and consultant invoices
• Prepare annual financial statements according to K2
• Participate in budget work and be the contact person during audits

Payroll and HR-related tasks

• Be responsible for payroll administration for 7 employees in Visma Lön
• Ensure compliance with collective agreements
• Handle expenses, company cars, and other personnel-related matters

Your qualities

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and responsible, with the ability to work independently while enjoying close collaboration with a smaller team. You have good analytical skills, are solution-oriented, and can prioritize tasks in a varied everyday life. It is important that you have a proactive approach, are used to deadlines, and feel confident in handling both accounting and payroll administration.

Qualifications:

• Independent in closing accounts and have at least about 5 years of experience in accounting
• At least 1 year of experience in payroll administration

Meritorious:

• Experience or knowledge of accounting according to IFRS16

Scope and start date

Part-time 75%, consulting assignment until March 1, 2027. Start March 1, 2026.
