The role in brief
As a recruiter with us, you will work with the entire chain – from the first customer contact to signed agreement and filled position. You will be a key player in strengthening our clients' competitiveness with the right competence.
You will, among other things:
build and develop client relationships and create new business
drive recruitment processes for senior profiles (specialists, managers, key roles)
work proactively with search/headhunting and create candidate pipelines
maintain high quality in requirement profiles, selection, interviews, reference checks, and matching
be an advisory partner to the client in everything from competence needs to market conditions

experience in recruitment, search, consulting/staffing industry, or B2B sales (you can come from different backgrounds)
experience communicating professionally with senior candidates and decision-makers
good structure and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
fluent Swedish and good English
