General job duties and responsibilities:

· Answering incoming phone calls, emails, and chats.

· Customer service via phone and chat.

· Sales/up-selling.

Who are you?

· You are skilled in communicating both verbally and in writing.

· Fluent in the Norwegian language both spoken and written.

· You have at least a high school diploma, preferably with a focus on economics.

Consort consists of 200 dedicated employees with offices in Trondheim, Oslo, and Gothenburg. We primarily work with the banking and insurance market and always have between 40-60 clients using our services.

Our typical areas of work: Outbound sales, customer center, insurance brokerage, appointment setting, consulting assignments for banking/economics.
