Job Description

As an internship student at Get Skills, you will work on varied and developing tasks within sales and business development. You will play an important role in our efforts to develop the business - both within our existing service portfolio and in new business areas.

During your internship, you will work closely with the Business Development and Partner Manager. We ensure that you receive a solid introduction, a clear understanding of the company and our services, and continuous support in your practical work. You will also attend external meetings and networking events, which will provide you with valuable insights and practical experience in real-world business development.

Here are some areas you will work on:

• Be involved in developing our sales strategy - and have the space to test and evaluate your own ideas and initiatives.
• Prospect and make direct contact with potential business partners, book meetings, and when appropriate, also hold meetings with support from the team.
• Follow up on leads and gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire customer journey - from first contact to established and ongoing relationships.
• Work closely with both the marketing and delivery teams, giving you broad insight into how our services are created, developed, and delivered.
• Participate in public procurement work - monitor business opportunities, analyze documents, and contribute to parts of the bidding process.

Qualifications

To be eligible, you should be enrolled in a program that includes an internship or practical training. Relevant programs may include sales, Key Account Management (KAM), business-to-business, or similar, with an internship period during spring 2026. You enjoy working independently, are curious, eager to learn, and willing to share your own ideas.

Location: Office in central Gothenburg with the possibility of hybrid work. Scope: According to the program's requirements for internship.
