DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a passionate and self-driven salesperson with brand responsibility and a strong entrepreneurial spirit who is eager to develop business and build long-term solutions.
In this important role, you will combine sales with strategic purchasing to ensure that our range of transport vehicles is both competitive and tailored to market needs.
You will play a central role in the company's continued growth journey, where your ability to identify new opportunities and create sustainable relationships is crucial.
Your main task will be to drive the sales of both new and used transport vehicles, ATVs, and trailers from the first customer contact to the finalized business agreement.
At the same time, you will be responsible for the entire purchasing process – from negotiations with suppliers to inventory management – to optimize the product portfolio and maximize profitability.
You are required to work proactively and strategically to adapt purchases to market fluctuations and customer demands while maintaining good relationships with suppliers to ensure the best possible terms and delivery reliability.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this role, you need to be business-minded and results-oriented, with a clear entrepreneurial spirit that drives you to constantly seek new ways to develop the business.
You should be comfortable working independently and taking your own initiatives, but also thrive in close collaboration with other departments within Axima to create synergies and shared successes.
Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs is crucial for presenting the right solutions and offers.
Experience from the transport vehicle industry or similar vehicle trading is advantageous, as well as knowledge in purchasing and negotiation, but not a requirement.
