In the role of customer service representative with us, you will work to support customers in various types of inquiries such as service activation, invoicing, troubleshooting, and sales. The work takes place via phone, tickets, or chat. In each customer dialogue, you are attentive to the customer's needs and actively work with upselling as part of the service. You will belong to an engaged team where we work together to find the best solution for the customer and achieve our goals.

Working hours are weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and 9:15 AM to 6:15 PM. The job will begin with 2 weeks of paid training in customer management, our products and services, and sales. You will receive coaching and guidance from a personal mentor along the way to becoming a fully-fledged customer service representative!

• with experience working with computers, you write and speak Swedish fluently and have a good command of English
• who can communicate pedagogically, takes responsibility, and enjoys working in a team
• who has an interest in service and sales
